Tha Rue Plee is located at Makham-Yong, Muang District in Chonburi province Thailand. The Chonburi Municipality has to establish Tha Rue Plee Fishing Market for sale the products about all seafood is on the Tha Rue Plee Bridge in every Saturday at 4 pm. - 10 pm.
ซึ่งเป็นตลาดที่จำหน่ายสินค้าอาหารทะเล ทั้งอาหารทะเลสด อาหารทะเลปรุงสุกและ อาหารทะเลแปรรูป โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมให้มีแหล่งการค้าอาหารทะเลแห่งใหม่ของจังหวัดชลบุรี เป็นการกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจชุมชนท้องถิ่นตามแนวชายฝั่งทะเลของเมืองชลบุรี ให้ประชาชนมีอาชีพและรายได้เพิ่มมากขึ้น และยังเป็นการส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวของเมืองชลบุรีอีกด้วย

ตลาดประมงท่าเรือพลี หรือที่ชาวบ้านเรียกกันว่า "สะพานศาลเจ้า" เนื่องจากมี "ศาลเจ้าฮกเกี้ยนเป็นเถ้า" ตั้งอยู่ต้นซอย และ "ศาลเจ้าทีตี้เปบ้อ" ตั้งอยู่บริเวณท้ายซอย
Tha Rue Plee Fishing Market or The locals persons call is "Saphan Sarn-Choa" because here have "Shrine Hokkien Pen Thoa" is located in the source of alley and "Shrine Te-tee Pae-bor" is located in the end of alley.
ที่นี่นักท่องเที่ยวสามารถซื้ออาหารมานั่งกิน ยังมีการเล่นว่าวจากลมทะเล และยังรอชมพระอาทิตย์ตกทะเลอีกด้วย
Visitors can buy the food to sit, enjoy with the meals, an one activity is kite from wind sea blow softly and they are still waiting for Sunset at the sea.
