หอนาฬิกา ถนนคนเดิน เชียงราย Clock Tower, Night Street Market in Chiang Rai Thailand.

หอนาฬิกา เชียงราย ตั้งอยู่ที่เทศบาลนครเชียงราย ถนนบรรพปราการ ในตัวเมืองเชียงราย ออกแบบโดย อ.เฉลิมชัย โฆษิตพิพัฒน์ ผู้ที่สร้าง"วัดร่องขุ่น"
Clock Tower of Chiang Rai City is located in the municipality Chiang Rai, at Banpa-Prakan Road in Muang District, Chiang Rai province Thailand. Designed by Mr. Chalermchai Kositpipat, who built "Wat Rong Khun or White Temple".


 เปิดอย่างเป็นทางการ เมื่อวันที่ 12 สิงหา 2551 เพือเฉลิมพระเกียรติสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าพระบรมราชินี  เนื่องใน "วันแม่แห่งชาติ" ดำเนินการสร้างมาตั้งแต่ปี 2548 ใช้เวลากว่า 5 ปี จึงแล้วเสร็จ ออกแบบโดย อ.เฉลิมชัย โฆษิตพิพัฒน์ ศิลปินแห่งชาติ สาขาทัศนศิลป์ (จิตรกรรม) ปี พ.ศ. 2011 ผู้ที่สร้าง"วัดร่องขุ่น" ด้วยศิลปะการก่อสร้างที่เหมือนกัน ช่างปั้นโดย อ.พิชิต อิทธิวงค์
Opened on 12 August 2008, to the celebration honor to Her Majesty the Queen in "Mother's Day of Thailand." Operated since year 2005, spent more than 5 years to complete. Designed by Mr. Chalermchai Kositpipat, National Artist Visual Arts (Painting) in the year 2011,who built "Wat Rong Khun" which the art of the construction was same.  Artists by Mr. Pichit Ithiwong.



มีการบอกเวลาทุกชั่วโมง และ ที่สำคัญในเวลา 19.00, 20.00, 21.00 น. ของทุกวัน จะมีไฟที่จะเปลี่ยนสีพร้อมกับมีเสียงเพลงเชียงรายรำลึก หรือ ดนตรีบรรเลง 
Show the time every hour and important at 19.00, 20.00, 21.00. hrs. Of each day, with lighting to change the colors with a song Chiang Rai Memorial or music.





ในเขตเทศบาลนครเชียงราย มีหอนาฬิกาตั้งอยู่ 2 หอ โดยหอแรก มีการเคลื่อนย้ายหอนาฬิกาเก่า (สีขาว) ไปตั้งไว้ที่ตลาดสดเทศบาล บริเวณสามแยกโรงรับจำนำ อยู่ห่างจากหอนาฬิกาใหม่ไปประมาณ 800 เมตร โดยทางจังหวัดเชียงรายคาดหวังให้หอนาฬิกาทั้ง 2 นี้ เป็นสัญลักษณ์ใหม่ของเมืองเชียงราย / ข้อมูลเบี้ยงต้น เชียงรายโฟกัส  
In Chiang Rai City Municipality have 2 the clock tower by the first tower has moved the old clock tower (White) to located at in front of the Municipal Market. Away from the new clock tower about 800 meters. By staff of Chiang Rai Province has intends to the 2 clock towers as a new symbols, Landmarks of Chiang Rai City.

ถนนคนเดินเชียงราย หรือ "กาดเจียงฮายรำลึก" มีกำหนดการเปิดในวันที่ 1 พฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. 2551 และมีทุกวันเสาร์ ตั้งแต่เวลา 17.00 - 24.00 น. ณ บริเวณ ถนนธนาลัยตั้งแต่สี่แยกสำนักงานยาสูบเชียงราย ไปจนถึงสี่แยกธนาคารออมสิน สาขาเชียงราย ด้วยระยะทางประมาณ 1.5 กิโลเมตร เพื่อส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวในเขตเมืองเชียงรายอย่างต่อเนื่องเป็นประจำทุกเดือน ส่งเสริมกลุ่มผู้ผลิตสินค้า OTOP และผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชน มีสถานที่จำหน่ายสินค้า มีรายได้เพิ่มขึ้น
Night Street Market of Chaing Rai or "Kad Chaing Hai Ram-Liuk" has opened on 1st November 2008, Every Saturday 17.00 - 24.00 hrs. at Thanalai Road until the Government Savings Bank (GSB) of Chaing Rai. With distance about 1.5 Km. To promote tourism in the city of Chiang Rai. To help to producer groups, OTOP products and products of communities have the sales locations and to revenue increases.





โซนที่ 1 เริ่มตั้งแต่สี่แยกธนาคารออมสิน สาขาเชียงราย ถึง สี่แยกศาลจังหวัดเชียงราย เป็นโซนที่จัดให้เป็นแหล่งรวมของชุมชน OTOP ชั้นนำของจังหวัดเชียงราย สินค้าโครงการหลวง สินค้า และ ผลิตภัณฑ์ของชาวเขา
Zone 1 : OTOP products of Chaing Rai province. The products of The Royal Project and products of Hill Tribes.







โซนที่ 2 เริ่มจากสี่แยกศาลจังหวัดเชียงราย ถึง สี่แยกสวนตุงและโคมจังหวัดเชียงราย มีการจำหน่ายสินค้างานทำมือ และหัตถกรรม งานฝีมือทั้งจากเยาวชนและประชาชน และ บริเวณหน้าสวนตุงและโคม จัดให้มีลานกิจกรรม ข่วงผญา (แปลว่า ดินแดนแห่งปัญญา) ซึ่งเป็นลานการแสดงภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นของคนเชียงราย ที่หาดูได้ยากในปัจจุบัน เช่น หมอเมือง ฟ้อนรำตบมะผาบ (ฟ้อนเจิง) ตีกลองสะบัดชัย เป็นต้น ส่วนบริเวณถนนด้านข้างสวนตุง (ทิศตะวันตก) เป็นกิจกรรมสปา นวดแผนไทย และ สมุนไพรไทย และ จุดบริการ
Zone 2 : The selling hand-made, crafts and handicrafts products from both the youth and the public. The shows from the students about the local wisdom of Chiang Rai people, The rare to see today. Also with activities Spa, Thai massage, Thai herbs and information service point.

โซนที่ 3 เริ่มต้นสี่แยกสวนตุงและโคม จังหวัดเชียงราย ถึง สี่แยกสำนักงานยาสูบเชียงราย มีการแสดงนิทรรศการต่างๆ ของภาครัฐและเอกชน จำหน่ายสินค้าเบ็ดเตล็ด และของตกแต่งบ้านที่สวยงาม / วิกิพีเดีย ถนนคนเดินเชียงราย
Zone 3 : There are various exhibition of The public and private sectors, another products and the beautiful home furnishings.

หอนาฬิกา สนง.ทรัพย์สินฯ ฉะเชิงเทรา Clock Tower, The Crown Property Bureau in Chachoengsao Thailand.

อาคารสำนักงานทรัพย์สินส่วนพระมหากษัตริย์ จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา และ หอนาฬิกา ตั้งอยู่ที่ ถนนมรุพงษ์ ตำบล หน้าเมือง ในตัวเมืองฉะเชิงเทรา ริมแม่น้ำบางปะกง
The Crown Property Bureau of Chachoengsao Province and Clock Tower, Located on Maru Pong Road in Nha-Muang District in Chachoengsao City, Chachoengsao Province, Thailand. Waterfront of Bang Pakong River.


หอนาฬิกา ตั้งอยู่บริเวณหน้าอาคารสำนักงานทรัพย์สินส่วนพระมหากษัตริย์ ทางจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทราได้ทำการปรับปรุงพื้นที่ขึ้นใหม่ เพื่อให้เป็นพื้นที่พักผ่อนริมแม่น้ำบางปะกง ของชาวฉะเชิงเทรา ประกอบด้วย ลานน้ำพุประดับไฟ เปลี่ยนสีในเวลากลางคืน และ หอนาฬิกาที่ส่งเสียงบอกเวลาทุกๆ 30 นาที
Clock Tower, Located in front The Crown Property Bureau and Chachoengsao Province officer has the renovated area for is the rest area waterfront the Bang Pakong River of people of Chachoengsao city. Includes, lighting fountain changes color at night and Clock Tower, emits every 30 minutes.





ในอดีตบริเวณที่เป็นลานด้านหน้านี้ เคยเป็นตลาดสดและที่จอดรถขนส่ง ของชาวแปดริ้ว หลังจากเกิดไฟไหม้ได้สร้างอาคารเป็นห้างสรรพสินค้าแห่งแรกของจังหวัด คือ "ห้างตะวันออกพลาซ่า" ต่อมาได้ทุบอาคารนี้ออกเพื่อปรับปรุงพื้นที่นี้ สร้างหอนาฬิกาและ ลานน้ำพุ เพื่อเป็นแหล่งพักผ่อนแห่งใหม่ของฉะเชิงเทรา / ข้อมูลจาก FB : Journey 8 Riew
In the past, This area before to be this yard, it was the market and parking for the transportation of Chachoengsao people. After the fire was building a shopping mall in the first of province, it is ""The East Plaza" (Tawan-oak Plaza in Thai). Later this building was smashed out, to improved this area and built the Clock Tower and fountain yard for to be the rest area, the new sources of Chachoengsao city.









อาคารสำนักงานทรัพย์สินส่วนพระมหากษัตริย์จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา เปิดทำการทุกวัน 08.00 - 17.00 น.
 เป็นอาคารเก่าแก่ มีสถาปัตยกรรมแบบตะวันตก สร้างขึ้นเมื่อปี พ.ศ.2446  ริมแม่น้ำบางปะกง เคยเป็น "ศาลากลางจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา" ในปี พ.ศ.2506 และเคยใช้เป็น "ศาลาเทศบาลเมืองฉะเชิงเทรา" ปัจจุบันใช้เป็น "อาคารสำนักงานทรัพย์สินส่วนพระมหากษัตริย์จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา" กรมศิลปากรประกาศขึ้นทะเบียนเป็นโบราณสถานแห่งชาติ เมื่อปี พ.ศ.2520
The Crown Property Bureau Chachoengsao. Open daily 08:00 to 17:00 hrs. It is the historic building with Western architecture, built in year 1903, waterfront of Bang Pakong River.  It had been "The hall of Chachoengsao province" in year 1963 and was used as "A municipal hall of Chachoengsao city". The currently is use as "The Crown Property Bureau Chachoengsao province". The Fine Arts Department registered as a national historic site on the year 1977.













จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา หรือ เมืองแปดริ้ว อยู่ห่างจากกรุงเทพฯ 82 กิโลเมตร เคยเป็นเมืองมณฑลปราจีนบุรีในสมัยรัชกาลที่ 5 และในปี พ.ศ. 2459 ได้เปลี่ยนจากเมืองเป็นจังหวัด เรียกว่า "จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา" คำว่า "ฉะเชิงเทรา" เป็นภาษาเขมร แปลว่า คลองลึก ส่วนชื่อ “แปดริ้ว” นั้น ได้มาจากคำบอกเล่าต่อกันมาว่า ในเมืองนี้มีปลาช่อนขนาดใหญ่ชุกชุม และเมื่อนำมาตากแดดเพื่อทำเป็นปลาแห้ง จะต้องแล่เนื้อปลา แต่ได้ถึง 8 ริ้ว / จากข้อมูลการท่องเที่ยวจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา
Chachoengsao province or Paetrew city, 82 kilometers away from Bangkok. Here was once a Prachinburi canton in the reign of KING RAMA 5. And in the year 1916 has transformed from a city to provincial, called "Chachoengsao province". The word "Chachoengsao" is Khmer language, mean to deep canal. The name "Paetrew" is derived from the hearsay about this city has a big  snakehead fish in abundance, and when take to the sunny to be dry fish be must butchering fish, but got to eight lines. (eight lines or Paetrew in Thai)
