บ้านประทับใจ เป็นบ้านส่วนบุคคล เจ้าของบ้าน คือ คุณพ่อกิจจา และ คุณแม่ลำยอง ชัยวัณณคุปต์ ซึ่งคุณพ่อได้ถึงแก่กรรม เมื่อวันที่ 7 มิถุนายม 2527 เริ่มทำการก่อสร้างตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2515 แล้วเสร็จปี พ.ศ.2519 ใช้เวลาก่อสร้างประมาณ 5 ปี เนื้อที่ทั้งหมด 34 ไร่ ตัวบ้านมีเนื้อที่กว่า 1.3 ไร่
Ban Pratubjai House is private home and owners home are Mr. Kitcha and Mrs. Lumyong, which him passed away on 7 June 1984. Begin construction since 1972 were completed in 1976 and took 5 years. The total area of 34 hectares, only the house is over 1.3 hectares.

It's a fluke we meet with the owner of the house is "Paa Dang" (aunt in Thai is ป้า or Paa) (Dang in Thai meaning to Red color or แดง) is her name. She say on year 2011 flood, home was too much damaged, some sale furniture but is still maintain to some important furniture for tourists to visit But the majority are foreigners tourists. She want Thai people to come to visit here.
