เราไปเมื่อวันที่ 13 เมษายน 2558 ซึ่งเป็นวันสงกราณต์ ประชาชนต่างมาสรงน้ำกับองค์หลวงพ่อใหญ่ เพื่อความเป็นสิริมงคลในปีใหม่ไทยด้วย

"พระพุทธมหานวมินทรศากยมุนีศรีวิเศษชัยชาญ" หรือ "หลวงพ่อใหญ่" เป็นพระพุทธรูปปางมารวิชัยขนาดใหญ่ มีความสูงจากฐานองค์พระถึงยอดเกศา 95 เมตร เทียบเท่ากับตึก 40 ชั้น และมีความกว้างของหน้าตัก 63.05 เมตร ซึ่งการเดินวนรอบองค์พระต้องใช้เวลากว่า 3 นาที โดยเริ่มก่อสร้างตั้งแต่วันที่ 9 มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2534 แล้วเสร็จเมื่อวันที่ 27 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2550 ใช้ทุนทรัพย์ในการสร้างทั้งหมด 104,261,089.65 บาท จากการบริจาคของผู้มีจิตศรัทธา รวมระยะเวลา16 ปี เพื่อเป็นการเฉลิมพระเกียรติพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวในวโรกาสที่เจริญพระชนมพรรษา ครบ 85 พรรษา และ สมเด็จพระราชินีนาถ เจริญพระชนมพรรษา ครบ 80 พรรษา
