Bangkok Art and Culture Centre is The Art Museum located at Pathumwan Intersection in Bangkok Thailand. The museum is open Tuesday to Sunday from 10.00 am. - 21.00 pm. Free Admission.
หอศิลปวัฒนธรรมแห่งกรุงเทพมหานคร (Bangkok Art and Culture Centre or bacc) ตั้งอยุ่ที่ บริเวณสี่แยกปทุมวัน หัวมุมถนนพระรามที่ 1 และถนนพญาไทตรงข้ามมาบุญครอง และ สยามดิสคัฟเวอรี่ มีทางเดินเชื่อมต่อกับสถานีรถไฟฟ้าบีทีเอส สนามกีฬาแห่งชาติ กรุงเทพมหานคร
Bangkok Art and Culture Centre or bacc is located at Pathumwan Intersection at the corner of Rama 1 Road and Phayathai Road, opposite MBK Center and Siam Discovery shopping mall. Which is a walkway connection to the Skytrain station National Stadium BTS of Bangkok Thailand.

หอศิลปวัฒนธรรมแห่งกรุงเทพมหานคร ได้เริ่มก่อสร้างในที่ดินของกรุงเทพมหานคร บริเวณสี่แยกปทุมวัน และ หอศิลปวัฒนธรรมแห่งกรุงเทพมหานคร ได้เปิดตัวโครงการอย่างเป็นทางการ เมื่อวันศุกร์ที่ 19 สิงหาคม 2548 งบประมาณการก่อสร้าง 509 ล้านบาท ในกำหนดการเดิมจะสร้างเสร็จช่วงปลายปี 2549 แต่การก่อสร้างได้ล่าช้าออกไปจากเดิม แล้วเสร็จเปิดใช้งานเมื่อ พ.ศ. 2551 โดยสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ เสด็จพระราชดำเนินทรงเปิดหอศิลปฯ
Bangkok Art and Culture Centre or bacc has construction began on Pathumwan Intersection where the land of Bangkok. The Bangkok Art and Culture Centre has launched the project was officially on Friday, August 19, 2005 with construction budget 509 million baht. Originally scheduled to be completed in last of year 2006 but the construction has been delayed from the original. Then activation in the year 2008 by The Queen Sirikit was royal presided over the opening of the Bangkok Art Centre.
ปี พ.ศ. 2539 ผู้ชนะจากการประกวดแบบหอศิลปวัฒนธรรมแห่งกรุงเทพมหานคร ได้แก่ บริษัท Robert G. Boughey & Associates (RGB Architects) ตัวอาคารสูง 9 ชั้น (บวกอีก 2 ชั้นใต้ดิน) โดยในตัวอาคารถูกออกแบบมาให้เป็นทรงกระบอก ด้วยทางเดินวน เป็นแนวเอียงขึ้น เพื่อให้คนที่เข้ามาชมผลงาน สามารถชมได้ต่อเนื่องในแต่ละชั้น นอกจากนี้ตัวอาคารยังออกแบบมาให้สามารถรับแสงสว่างจากภายนอกได้ โดยที่แสงไม่แรงพอจะที่เข้ามาถึงขนาดทำลายผลงานศิลปะที่แสดงอยู่ข้างในได้

The building is designed to be a cylinder with circle walkways tilt-up for people who came to watch the art works, can be viewed continue on each floor. The building has been designed to be get the light from the outside, which the light came into is not heavy enough to destroy artworks are showing inside.
นอกจากห้องนิทรรศการที่มีอยู่หลายส่วนแล้ว ภายในยังมีส่วนที่เป็นห้องสมุดประชาชน ห้องปฏิบัติการศิลปะ ห้องอเนกประสงค์ 300 ที่นั่ง ร้านค้า ร้านอาหาร โรงภาพยนตร์-โรงละคร ขนาด 222 ที่นั่ง / หอศิลปวัฒนธรรมแห่งกรุงเทพมหานคร

ระเบียบการเข้าชมนิทรรศการ : เจ้าหน้าที่ของหอศิลป์ มีสิทธิ์ดำเนินการที่จะรักษากฎระเบียบในพื้นที่ให้ปราศจากการกระทำที่ละเมิดต่อสิทธิ์ของผู้อื่น หรือ พฤติกรรมที่ไม่พึงประสงค์ ในรูปแบบต่างๆ และ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเคลื่อนย้ายบุคคลออกจากพื้นที่ได้ทันทีในกรณีที่มีความประพฤติไม่เหมาะสม / bacc

Policy to watch the exhibition : Staffs of the gallery can undertake to maintain regulation in areas to without an act that violates the rights of others or unwanted behaviors in various ways and have the right to moved the person out of the area immediately if in the case of unsuitable behavior.
1. Please keep the bags is larger than A4 before visiting the exhibition, at the counter 5th floor.
2. Do not touch the artworks.
3. Please take care, do not let small children touch the artworks.
4. Abstain from food and drink.
5. Please respect the rights of other who visit exhibitions and please don't a voice during the exhibitions.
6. Do not charge the electrical equipment in exhibition area.
** Do not photographs without a permission. Case of permission Do not use the flash and the tripod **.
พื้นที่บริการของหอศิลป์ฯ แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ส่วนหลัก คือ ส่วนนิทรรศการหลัก อยู่ชั้น 7, 8, 9 เป็นพื้นที่ของห้องนิทรรศการหลัก ที่มักใช้จัดแสดงงานนิทรรศการขนาดใหญ่ ซึ่งหอศิลปฯ เป็นผู้ริเริ่มขึ้นเองเป็นส่วนใหญ่ หรือ bacc exhibition.

ชั้น 2 – People’s gallery ร้านค้า และ องค์กรศิลปวัฒนธรรม
ชั้น 1 – โถง และ ห้องอเนกประสงค์
ชั้น L – ห้องสมุดศิลปะ และ โถงด้านหน้า
5th Floor - Auditorium Room, meeting room and information counter.
4th Floor - studios, meeting rooms and shops.
3rd Floor - Store and exit to the Skywalk to the BTS Skytrain station, National Stadium.
2nd Floor - People's gallery, shops and The cultural organization.
1st Floor - hall and multipurpose room.
L Floor - art library and front hall.
